Added Debug Menu

I added a basic Debug Menu able to give plentiful amounts of dosh.
Unaccesable to the public until full release (may be futher pushed back to future reasons), as soon as money is gained however, a mark will appear on screen to show that you've claimed the current state of game via a small watermark. 

Game Production Status: Smooth but gradually getting slower.
Next on Agenda: 

1. A stat Area, which will include different amount of stats.
2. A formatted numbers list
3. Achievements 
4. More buyable upgrades and maybe more funny little decorations
5. Possible background music
6. Save and Load (after release)
